GreatValueUniforms.com currently uses UPS exclusively for shipping. Most orders can be complete within 10 business days.
We at GreatValueUniforms.com want you to be satisfied with your order. We ship
to any location in the U.S. that is verifiable through the credit card company.
If you want the shipment to be sent to an address outside the U.S., send an
email to

before placing an order. We allow a 30 day period to return items for a full refund, minus shipping and handling. A 15% restocking fee will be charged. If you wish to return an item or the entire order please read the return directions below.
Our return policies do not apply to all items. Exceptions to our return policies and instructions on how to return items appear below.
Exceptions:
Customized Products: All sales are final for customized products. These items cannot be returned. If an error occurred in the fulfillment of your order, please contact the fulfillment center at 800-404-9256.
Damaged and defective:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact the fulfillment center within 30 days of delivery at 800-404-9256. Please supply the fulfillment center with your order number found in your original confirmation e-mail. The Specialist will also need your name, e-mail address and phone number. GreatValueUniforms.com will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping. We do not cover shipping charges for items that are returned due to "buyer remorse."
If there is extensive damage to the carton, contact the fulfillment center immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact us.
We cover shipping charges on returned items only if the item arrives at the designated shipping address defective or damaged.

You will receive a return product RA(return authorization) number to place on the outside of the box. Items shipped without following the listed protocol will not be accepted.

Return item(s) to GVU-CO Fulfillment via UPS Ground.
